Orders are processed and shipped from our international fulfillment centers located in the United States, Germany and Israel.

We provide full tracking information for all shipments.

Items shipped from our United States fulfillment center
Orders fulfilled from our United States location are typically delivered within 1 to 5 business days from the shipment date.
Specific delivery estimates are displayed during checkout depending on the selected shipping method.
Items shipped from international fulfillment centers (Germany and Israel)
Orders fulfilled from our international fulfillment centers in Germany and Israel are typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days from the shipment date.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost in transit (before delivery) or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at sales@mybathandi.com and we will assist you with tracking, investigation and resolution.
Delivery Signature
Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery Confirmation, Liability and Fraud Prevention
All orders are shipped with full tracking.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, including delivery confirmation via tracking number, GPS confirmation, or delivery photo (when available), the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
At this point:
- Full responsibility for the package transfers to the customer
- My Bath & I has no control over the package
- Any claim of non-receipt will be considered invalid if delivery is confirmed
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Packages left unattended at the delivery address
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed as delivered.
Anti-Chargeback Clause
By placing an order, the customer agrees that:
- A delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes valid proof of fulfillment
- Claims of “item not received” will not be accepted if tracking shows delivered
- Filing a chargeback after confirmed delivery may be considered fraudulent activity
We reserve the right to:
- Provide delivery confirmation, IP address, order details, and communication history to the payment provider
- Dispute any chargeback with full supporting evidence
Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Providing a secure delivery location
- Ensuring availability to receive the package
- Contacting the carrier directly regarding delivery issues
If needed, customers should:
- Contact the shipping carrier
- File a claim with the carrier
- Check with neighbors or building management
