My Bath & I is committed to providing high-quality, original professional beauty products and transparent customer service.
Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging
• The product must be in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used or tampered cosmetic products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Used, opened or unsealed products
• Clearance, discounted or promotional sale items
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at:
Include your order number and reason for the return.
Return requests without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved, My Bath & I will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Returns must be shipped using the provided label only.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our facility.
If the product does not meet the eligibility criteria, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your return request.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first contact your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
However, due to hygiene and consumer safety regulations, this right does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery.
Lost or Undelivered Returns
My Bath & I is not responsible for returns lost in transit if not shipped using the provided return label.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit once the return is approved.
If the order was shipped to the gift purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
High-Value Returns
For returns with a value over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or the return label provided by My Bath & I to ensure safe delivery.
Abuse of Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of abuse, excessive return activity, or policy violations.
